Where to start? The get fit theme is continuing. Have you ever jogged past a reflective surface in a sports bra and short shorts? Let me tell you that it's not pretty, gravity can be so, well...highlighting! Let me also share with you that if you have a muffin top, chances are you are also in possession of a muffin front and a muffin back too as any excess flab circumnavigates your midriff and doesn't just sit precariously on your hips, shocking, I know. I'm still loving the exercise, I haven't felt this good physically for a good while, (apart from the nagging pain in my knee but even that is starting to subside...finally,) and I sleep like I'm in a coma...bliss.
I had my first foray into the works of Shakespeare via the Liverpool Playhouse and Antony & Cleopatra. The Playhouse is so intimate, I was practically on stage. The leads, Kim Cattrall, Jeffery Kisson and Martin Hutson were amazing, as were the rest of the cast. I won't pretend I understood every syllable but the acting was so good, I couldn't help but keep up. Brilliant, dramatic and emotional performances from all the leads, how they do that every night, I will never know.
Christmas is definitely on it's way, if you needed proof, the Starbucks red cups are back and there are Christmas trees springing up all over the land. As usual, Christmas stresses me out, but before I get that far, I have several non-Christmas celebrations coming up to distract me from my nervous breakdown.
In the meantime, I'm threading crystals like a demon, I'll be uploading new friendship bracelets soon. Until next time...
